To change or cancel an order, please contact us by e-mail or phone 800-548-1227 ext 321. Most orders ship out the day they are received, excluding weekends. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled, although we will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.
Shipping. All shipments are based on USPS or FedEx Ground service. Extra charges for overnight, second, or third day air shipment will apply. Orders may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. Most orders ship the day you order; however, backordered products may take several weeks to fulfill.
International Shipping. Extra charges for customs, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost online, you may incur these fees payable upon delivery.
Returns or exchanges of stocked merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in new condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. The return credit will be reduced by the restocking fee. Freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser except for returns of defective merchandise. Returns must be pre-authorized with customer service by telephone (800-548-1227 ext 321) or email and a "Return Authorization" issued before we will accept returned merchandise. Returns for custom items will not be accepted, except for defective merchandise.
